Connect step by step
- 1
Start with a preset
Choose Custom HTTP. Presets cover Databricks, Snowflake Cortex, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Langflow, OpenAI-compatible chat, a stored OpenAI prompt, Dify, Flowise, Voiceflow, and n8n or Make webhooks. Adjust the preset to your service’s actual requirements.
- 2
Map the question and reply
For POST, put {{message}} inside a JSON string in the body template. For GET, set the query parameter name. Set Reply is at to the path containing the answer, or leave it empty for automatic extraction.
- 3
Add credentials and test
Configure your service’s sign-in method. Run Test connection and check the returned text. Complete your business profile, service area and audience, then connect.

Example POST body template
{
"model": "YOUR_MODEL_ID",
"messages": [
{ "role": "user", "content": "{{message}}" }
]
}Reply is at · for that response shape
choices.0.message.contentExample addresses and IDs are placeholders. Replace them with your service’s values.
Check that it works
The test shows the answer field you intended, rather than an entire wrapper object or an empty result.
