Is it free?
Yes, Wayo is free during early access. If someone else builds or runs a connection for you, such as a developer or an AI service, they may charge for their own work.
Will joining bring me customers?
We’re just starting and growing the network one community at a time, so we can’t promise leads or sales. Joining early lets you try Wayo and help shape it.
Do I have to upload all my products?
No. If your software provides suitable API access, a developer can connect it so it answers from your data. Otherwise, describe what you offer and reply personally through Inbox.
Does it work with my shop software?
It needs a supported API or a developer-built adapter. A website or chatbot link alone may not work. Tell us which software you use and we’ll check the options with you.
What if I don’t have any of that?
Choose “Answer myself”. Questions arrive in your Wayo Inbox and you reply when you can.
Can Wayo sell, book or change anything for me?
No. Wayo only asks questions and shows answers. The customer decides whether to contact you.
Who can find my business?
You choose the area you serve and who can see you. Wayo asks you when a question matches what you offer.
